At Glamorista we are committed to offering high quality products and providing you with the best possible shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please see our return policy below for instructions on how to proceed.


1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Moroccan law, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return, without having to provide a reason. After this period, we will unfortunately not be able to accept returns.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused Product : Product must not have been used, tested, or opened.
  • Product in original condition : The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all labels intact.
  • Undamaged Product : Returned products must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • Proof of purchase : You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

Examples of products not eligible for return :

  • Opened, used or damaged cosmetic products.
  • Gift cards and other items specified as non-refundable.

3. Return Process

  2. Return Instructions : We will provide you with a return authorization and the address to return your package. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  3. Return Shipping : Pack the product carefully to avoid damage during shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  4. Refund or Exchange : Once we have received and verified your return, we will process a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. The refund will be issued to the payment method used for the purchase (usually within 7 to 10 business days).

4. Return Costs

Return costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • The product received is defective or incorrect compared to the order.
  • The product is damaged during transport.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the product for instructions.


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for another (for example, a different size or a different color), we advise you to make a return for refund and then place a new order.

If you prefer a direct exchange, please contact us to discuss the possibility of exchanging the product, subject to availability.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the package, providing clear photos of the damaged product. We will take necessary steps to send you a replacement or issue you a full refund, including return shipping costs if the product is defective.


7. Refunds

Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund for the value of your order (excluding shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or incorrect product). The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note : Refund processing may take 7-10 business days after receipt of return.

If we have physical stores in Morocco, you can also choose to return your order in store. Please contact us for in-store return terms.
